YMCA DAY CAMP CHANGE FORM

 

We understand that things come up and sometimes plans change. We are happy to accept Camp cancelations and changes as long as the following criteria are met.

  • All Summer Day Camp change or cancellations must be requested at least two weeks prior to the start of the week of camp in order to receive a full refund or full camp credit to apply to another week.
  • Camp credit can be applied to any future week of camp that your child is registered to attend.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made through our electronic Cancellation Form. This is the only way camp cancellations are accepted.
  • If your cancellation request is not made two weeks in advance, your account will be charged during your scheduled draft.
  • If your cancellation is made within 7 days before the start of the camp week, you will be eligible to receive a 50% refund for the week or camp credit toward a future week.
  • As a reminder, the $60 dollar Camp Registration fee is non-refundable for any reason as mentioned during registration and mentioned on our website.
  • Any camp cancellation request made less than 7 days before the start of camp will not be refunded. Your account will be drafted regardless of your child’s attendance in camp and camp credit will not be available.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PROCESS

Please note, cancelling childcare/camp does not cancel your YMCA membership. If you currently have a Y membership and wish to terminate that membership you must complete the Membership Termination Form separately. Once the form has been completed, one of our staff will be able to process the termination. As a reminder, the YMCA has a 30-day membership cancellation policy.
